This webcast based on a white paper that ADP developed, will discuss the evolution of Talent Management. ADP recently commissioned a study, “Identifying the Talent Management Needs of Small-to-Midsized U.S. Companies,” that provides an in-depth look at how small-to-midsized U.S. companies are currently handling talent management functions in their organizations. The intent of the study was to develop a detailed profile that provides insights regarding how talent management tasks are now processed, HR executives’ satisfaction with their current solution(s), and whether opportunities exist to automate routine talent management functions.
Large employers were traditionally the early adopters of talent management programs. Now, the concept has filtered down to the midsize market with the introduction of affordable technology. This webcast will discuss how human capital continues to be a key driver in this difficult economy and how employee engagement has become a top HR concern for many employers.
The webcast will also discuss the current landscape and what challenges midsized companies are facing today as it relates to talent. A final topic will focus on opportunities for automation in the various stages of talent management including recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance management, and compensation.
