Targeting the evolving needs of HR professionals, the newest release helps government contractor organizations meet new OFCCP compliance rules regarding the stringent classification of job applicants and provides a complete grievance tracking system as a retention and employee engagement tool. The new version also facilitates salary surveys and performance review updates to support its compensation management tools.
 
Key enhancements in the new release include:
 
Ÿ OFCCP Compliance - new status type to accommodate OFCCP compliance regulations, enabling HR to designate a job candidate as either anapplicant (qualified individual) or as a job seeker (an unqualifiedindividual).
 
Ÿ Salary Surveys – help HR gather external independent information formaking salary decisions by maintaining salary survey research data. This data – which can include job titles with pay scale data, geography, industry, company size and/or revenueindicators -- allows companies to compare the survey data forcompanies of similar size or location to their own, helping them set compensation policies and pay scales.
 
Ÿ Grievance Tracking – new functionality that allows HR professionals to more effectively track and act on employee grievances entered by employees through self-service or by HR.
 
Ÿ Performance Management with Auto-Populating Comments- auto-populating comments can be created based on selected review ratings during the performance appraisal phase of the employee evaluation, helping business managers save time and ensuring greater consistency across performance evaluations company-wide.
 
Ÿ Multiple Posting Locations/Application Templates for Candidate Self-Service – enhanced process for building multiple templates for postingrequisitions, creating multiple web directories for posting requisitions,and creating search parameters for candidates to search requisitions. Each application template andposting template is tied to a posting location, enabling arecruiter to determine which fields on the requisition will be displayed by posting location, which may be another office, a specific country, etc. This feature also allowsthem to determine which fields will be displayed on the candidate applicationfor the same posting location.
 
Introduced in 2005, NuViewHR Version 4 is a fully-integrated product suite that has developed into the most advanced and complete HRIS available today. Used in over 20 countries, it supports multiple languages, currencies and country specific localizations for fields, workflows, rules and reports.
