The rise of the mobile worker has led to a strong movement towards alternative workspace strategies. In fact, according to a recent international survey conducted jointly by CoreNet Global and Microsoft, 76% of respondents indicate they already employ some form of a “flexible work” program. The reasons are many, whether it’s to attract and retain top talent, support work-life balance, enhance collaboration, increase productivity, reduce costs, and even expand the agility of the office space.
Whatever the reason, inevitably the responsibility of implementing and managing a mobile workforce falls on Human Resources. Yes, Corporate Real Estate, IT, and even Finance are involved, but ultimately, Human Resources is held accountable for the roll out and ongoing management of a flexible work environment. Of course, it’s not as easy as it may seem.
Join leading change management consultant and author Diane Stegmeier and Jeff Roof, PeopleCube Vice President of Product Management and Marketing as they explore the strategies companies employ to implement a successful flexible work program. During the webinar they will address:
- Why a mobile workforce? The benefits of a flexible work strategy
- Strengthening the business case for an alternative workspace environment
- Addressing the cultural change of the mobile worker
- Ensuring success through advance planning
- Maintaining productivity on-site
- Managing and measuring program performance
