• 98% said that knowledge transfer is of increasing importance.
• 77% said their organization considers employee engagement to be a key measure.
• 95% said there is an escalating need for self-development within their organization.
• 79% said employees have expressed an increased need for community.

As administrators and champions of web-based mentoring programs, these participants offered insight into what real-world professionals are facing. “This type of interaction and communication between Triple Creek and the mentoring community helps us to better understand the needs of our clients and allows us to more effectively address their issues with our products and services,” said Randy Emelo, President and CEO of Triple Creek Associates.

Summit participants confirmed that for organizations to expand the benefits of mentoring, the practice needs to be integrated into the entire employee development process. “This reality allowed us to share our Mentoring Ecology Model™ with attendees, providing them with a tool and tangible results that they could then take back to their organizations and apply on the job,” said Emelo.
