The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and Knowledge Infusion will release findings of their fifth annual survey during the Oct. 7 webinar, Planning HR Technology for the Future: Survey Results from the 5th Annual Knowledge Infusion/IHRIM Survey.
Jason Corsello, vice president, Knowledge Infusion will share responses from more than 300 professionals to questions on how human resource (HR) departments are planning and prioritizing their initiatives in this unpredictable economic environment. He’ll discuss:
* How HR is measuring success and impact on the business.
* Overall satisfaction of new and existing HR technology.
* Trends in SaaS solution and adoption.
* Future plans for employee portals.
The webinar also will shed light into how companies can addresses challenges and how they can continue to advance HR and talent management initiatives.
