With the addition of succession planning and off-line synchronization, emPerform goes from being an employee performance management solution to a full talent management system. Succession planning and off-line synchronization are integrated directly into emPerform and are available at no additional cost.

Incorporated directly in emPerform, Succession Manager allows Human Resources and Managers to draw from the performance history of employees through past performance reviews, 360 multi-rater reviews and surveys to easily identify those individuals that have the performance and potential profile to meet new challenges.
Off-line synchronization allows managers and employees to download performance reviews to work on off-line when they do not have Internet connectivity. Off-line synchronization provides the off-line users with the same user experience and functionality as the online users.
