Avizent Selects Adrienne Paler as Senior VP, Human Resources

Company Continues to Enhance Programs to Benefit Employees

COLUMBUS, Ohio (February 10, 2009)—National risk management provider Avizent announced that Adrienne Paler has been appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Her responsibilities will include oversight of all employee benefit and career development programs.

Ms. Paler has 20 years of industry experience in human resources including more than eight years specializing in integrated disability management. Previously, she served as Regional Manager of Disability and ADA Compliance at Providence Health & Services.

During her career, Ms. Paler also served as Employee Relations Manager for Holiday Retirement Corp., a leading provider of independent and assisted living for seniors in the U.S. and Canada. She was responsible for managing health and welfare benefits, employee relations, as well as developing, implementing and overseeing an integrated disability program and service center, among other duties.

Ms. Paler holds a Master’s degree in Management and two certifications – SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resource Manager) and CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Manager). She serves on the Employer Advisory Board for the National Disability Management Employers Coalition (DMEC). Adrienne also serves as Secretary for the Oregon-SW Washington Chapter of the DMEC, and is a member of the national chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Masters group in Portland, Oregon.
