An organization’s Code of Conduct sets the tone for a desired business culture, outlines an organization’s values, and spells out specific policies and expected behaviors.  While a critical document to ensure acceptable behavior, organizations continually struggle with effective and efficient methodologies to annually distribute, validate receipt, and certify understanding of their Codes of Conduct as well as collect exceptions to their Codes.  As one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S., with both office and field employees spread across a large geography, Southern California Edison continually struggled with this effort and sought an automated solution.   In this webinar, we’ll examine Southern California Edison’s automation to create a “paperless” Code of Conduct review process and address quantified efficiencies.  We’ll further look at how Southern California Edison is linking Code of Conduct certification and hotline/web reporting to identify and process exception reports thus integrating various elements of their ethics and compliance program.
