NEW YORK: April 22, 2009 -- Andrea Malagoli has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in the firm's Compensation practice. He is located in the New York office.
Malagoli joins Buck with broad multidiscipline experience. After a career as a physicist at the University of Chicago’s Enrico Fermi Institute, he moved to the financial industry upon earning his MBA from the University of Chicago. Malagoli developed new solutions for more efficiently delivering executive compensation arrangements. Malagoli served as a Director at Jefferies Financial Products and at the Chicago Trading Company, where he developed and supported the sale of new commodity-linked structured products. He also advised on the pricing and risk management of these products, and designed new option valuation methodologies and risk management procedures for improving the P&L of trading desks. He most recently served as a Consultant at Mercurio Capital Partners, LLC.
