Hudson Strengthens North America Leadership Team

Appoints Presidents of Search and Talent Management/Recruitment Outsourcing
NEW YORK, NY - March 28, 2007 - Hudson, a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management services worldwide (NASDAQ: HHGP), today announced the promotions of Stefanie Cross-Wilson and Robert Morgan to presidents of the Hudson Search and Talent Management/Recruitment Outsourcing businesses, respectively, in North America.

"Given the critical skills shortages and talent retention issues faced by our clients today, there is tremendous opportunity for growth of our mid-to-senior level search, talent management and recruitment outsourcing solutions," said Jon Chait, chairman and chief executive officer, Hudson Highland Group, Inc. "Stefanie and Robert are established, accomplished industry leaders who bring further depth, insights, and both client and candidate experience to our team to help leverage this opportunity."

A U.S. citizen expatriate with extensive experience and expertise in both the retained and contingent recruitment markets, Cross-Wilson formally returns to North America this summer, having spent 10 years with Hudson Asia, most recently as managing director and acting CEO of that region. Her primary responsibilities in that role included the management of Hudson's China and Japan operations, as well as the establishment and growth of recruitment outsourcing and talent management solutions in Asia. Previously, under her three-year leadership tenure, Hudson Singapore grew to become the market leader and one of the company's strongest and most profitable permanent recruitment businesses globally.

Morgan has served as chief operating officer of Hudson's Talent Management business in North America since joining the company in June of 2005, driving both growth and a return to profitability of that unit. Previously, he served as president, Employment Solutions at Spherion Corporation, where he built and ran the Outsourced Recruiting, Outsourcing and Human Capital Consulting businesses. Prior to that, Morgan was executive vice president, Human Resources for Spherion; vice president, Human Resources for Office Depot's Business Services Division; and president of the Saratoga Institute.
