Expands Practice to Washington, DC-Baltimore, MD Market
NEW YORK, NY - July 31, 2007 - Hudson, a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management services worldwide (NASDAQ: HHGP), announced the promotion of Marc Bouchard to executive vice president of its Financial Solutions Practice. In this role, Bouchard heads the practice and is responsible for its strategic direction and financial results. He was preceded by Wayne Beaubian, who resigned due to personal reasons.
Prior to joining Hudson, Bouchard was a founding partner of JMT Financial Partners, LLC, a leading financial solutions firm with offices in Minneapolis, MN, and Denver, CO. JMT was later acquired by Hudson to strengthen the company's consulting capabilities in key areas of corporate finance and accounting such as compliance, internal audit, financial systems, process improvement and taxation. Bouchard earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of San Diego.

Financial Solutions Opens DC Office
In one of his first moves at the helm of Financial Solutions, Bouchard expanded the practice to the Washington, DC-Baltimore, MD market, joining Hudson's IT & Telecommunications and Legal practices. Glen Parrillo joins Hudson Financial Solutions as managing director to lead the local team. He comes from Prudential Carruthers Realtors, where he was chief financial officer.
