HRsmart today announced that it ranked Number 362 on Deloitte’s 2007 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America.
Richardson, TX—November 15, 2007—HRsmart today announced that it ranked Number 362 on Deloitte’s 2007 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years, from 2002–2006. HRsmart grew 404 percent during this period.
HRsmart’s CEO, Mark Hamdan, credits the company’s 404-percent revenue growth over the past five years to rapid adoption of new talent management technology and the development of key strategic alliances with organizations such as Monster, ChoicePoint and Psichometric International, as well as newfound success in global markets such as South Africa and the United Kingdom.
He said, "HRsmart is honored to have won this award for the third consecutive year. We are seeing a surge in companies who recognize the value of integrated talent management systems that work cohesively with an installed HRIS/HRMS. Interest in these systems is also rapidly growing around the world and we have had great success in engaging European and African companies. We look forward to future years to growth rates surpassing those we have experienced in the past five years."
"Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 recognizes technology companies who have achieved extraordinary growth in North America’s most innovative and competitive sectors,” said Phil Asmundson, vice chairman, U.S. Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Deloitte & Touche USA LLP. "We congratulate HRsmart on this significant accomplishment."
HRsmart has been named on the Deloitte Fast 500 list in past years, having been previously ranked 195 on the 2006 list and 54 on 2005 Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500. In addition to ranking on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, HRsmart ranked 31 on the Texas Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in Texas.
