Richardson, Texas—October 9, 2007—HRsmart, a provider of integrated talent management technology solutions, today unveils ATsmart version 9.0 featuring a completely redesigned interface for improved usability and configurability enhancements that enable organizations to more easily manage their global recruiting and hiring.
The all-new interface allows for greater productivity because recruiting tasks can be tailored by users to meet their individual needs. Dynamic workflow and forms functionality enables users to configure an unlimited number of processes based on the organization’s hiring practices. The personalized dashboard is an innovative feature that lets the user define the information seen upon logging into the system, unlike other systems that have standard dashboards with key information that may or may not be important to every user.
The solution’s global configurations were enhanced with additional multi-lingual support functionality, including support for double-byte languages such as Chinese or Mandarin. With these configuration options, users can select the language they prefer by changing a simple site-setting. Currently the solution is available in 10 languages with others being added regularly.
Other key upgrades include enhanced mobility between other solutions within the talent management suite, new workforce management and planning capabilities, deeper integrations with third-party vendors such as Monster and CareerBuilder as well as assessment and background check providers, integrated hourly recruiting and telephone application process and greater reporting features.

The applicant tracking system is the core of HRsmart’s recruitment suite that includes solutions for vendor management, employee referral and onboarding. Upgrades to the applicant tracking solution are made in conjunction with HRsmart’s Talent Management Suite that boasts a new technology platform with a more intuitive interface and new enhancements in functionality.
