HRsmart and Burning Glass Team Up To Enhance Jobseeker Experience

Offer Unlimited Resume Parsing and "Intelligent Search" Functionality

Richardson, TX--HRsmart, a global provider of web-based talent management solutions, and Burning Glass Technologies, the leading provider of resume processing, screening, and search automation, announced an enhanced partnership to deliver HRsmart clients unlimited parsing and intelligent search functionality, as well as an enhanced web interface with greater ease-of-use for the jobseeker.

HRsmart's two-year partnership with Burning Glass has effectively provided its applicant tracking clients with access to the world's most advanced technologies for reading and extracting data from resumes and finding the most suitable resumes for a job. New advances in technology now allow for "intelligent search" capability giving recruiters the ability to resume match with faster, more accurate results.

"We have been pleased with the functionality and service Burning Glass has provided our clients over the past two years," said Pablo Fonolla, HRsmart´s Chief Technology Officer. "Now, we have decided to take the relationship a step further to add more to our clients´ bottom line in terms of cost control and return on investment."

HRsmart will deploy Burning Glass's leading-edge LensMatchTM which provides the most powerful searching, screening, and matching tools in the industry. LensMatch reads and understands both resumes and job descriptions so it can focus recruiters on the most relevant candidates for a job, based not only on specific skills and experiences but also on career profiles. Given a collection of candidates described by text resumes or suitable profiles (such as those created through online forms), LensMatch rapidly searches for those candidates best suited to a specific position and returns a list ranked by probability of placement. It can also seek out the most relevant jobs for a candidate and can find more resumes similar to that of an "ideal" candidate.

"Finding the right candidates is at the very heart of recruiting," said Matt Sigelman, Chief Executive Officer of Burning Glass. "By embedding LensMatch, HRsmart is once again stepping ahead of the pack by providing users with a range of functionalities to pinpoint the most suitable talent."

In addition to the new bundled parsing offer and improved search functionality, the redefined partnership also offers an enhanced web interface, which makes applying for a job easier on the job seeker.

"With the recent upturn in the job market and the declining rate of unemployment, ease of use for the applicant becomes increasingly important to employers," Fonolla adds. "When applying for a particular job becomes cumbersome, the number of applicant declines. We want to make this process as easy as possible in order for our clients to attract the most highly-qualified candidates."
