WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 14, 2010) – HROA today announced the newly elected members of the HROA North American Chapter Board of Directors. The Association is the single recognized community for improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the processes involved in supporting, enabling, and outsourcing the services of HR. HROA works to foster a community that is rich with insights on managing HR services, including best practices, networking, informative content and excellence in service delivery.
The new board members are:

The new board is firmly focused on communicating the successes of HRO engagements, especially to buyers that are considering such commitments. Through the establishment of standard return on investment metrics, service level agreement guidelines and industry terminology, the benefits to end users can be more clearly communicated.
Bradley Pierson of Manpower said, “The HROA is a recognized and well-respected entity in the HR community. I’m excited about the opportunity for more direct involvement.”

The new board members officially assume their roles in June 2010.
