SALT LAKE CITY (January 31, 2006) - HRN Management Group released its semi-annual upgrade for Performance Pro employee performance management solution. Included in the upgrade is a new report user interface, and enhanced report functions. Other upgrades include additional customization functions and enhancements for merging appraisal scores, viewing appraisal history, and resetting passwords.
Michele Lindsay, HRN Director of Product and Client Support stated, "This upgrade is significant because the new report interface allows administrative users [of Performance Pro] greater flexibility in determining specific report criteria. The new interface allows us to readily enhance existing reports and quickly implement new or customized report functions. This adds significant value and operational functionality to Performance Pro allowing clients access to more data and report formats."
Performance Pro is a centrally-hosted ASP solution, accessible over the Internet. Upgrades are immediately available and require no customer resources to implement. All upgrades, hosting, secure storage and customer/technical support are included in the low annual licensing fee.
Also announced today by HRN Management Group is the release of their HR Suite semi-annual update. This release comprises new and revised HR compliance policies and forms that subscribing companies may incorporate into their employee handbook and company policy manual.
