Deborah brings a broad perspective in the leadership of strategic human resource initiatives to the practice of talent management. She has successfully recruited mid and senior-level executives for a wide variety of Fortune 500 as well as emerging and mid-sized clients -- across almost every industry sector. Prior to joining HR Search Firm, Deborah was an independent consultant in the areas of strategic staffing and served as a Senior Associate with Korn/Ferry. Before joining Korn/Ferry, Deborah was a Staffing Manager with Hewitt Associates and an HR Manager with the Gap Inc. and Williams-Sonoma.
Deborah began her career in the I.Magnin Executive Training Program in San Francisco and holds a BA in Art History from the University of Oregon.
