employment background screening solutions, has named Jeffrey Wahba as Chief
Financial Officer.
Wahba joins HireRight from the Henry Group of Companies, a multi-national
manufacturer of building products and distributor of premium goods. As the
CFO of the Henry Group of Companies, Wahba oversaw the financial,
accounting, strategic planning, information systems, human resources and
legal functions of all company entities. Wahba led multiple strategic
acquisitions, including that of its largest competitor, and helped to grow
the combined companies' revenue from $18 million to $400 million during his
tenure.

Prior to the Henry Group of Companies, Wahba served as Chief Financial
Officer of Vault Corporation, a computer software security firm.
Previously, Wahba also served as Controller of the International Division
for Max Factor and Co.
Wahba holds bachelors and masters degrees in Industrial Engineering and
Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Master of Business
Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
