Hiffa Named VP-Human Resources at Jackson Healthcare Solutions

HR Chief Will Establish "People Processes" for Clinician Recruiting and Healthcare IT Businesses
ALPHARETTA, Ga., January 3-Jackson Healthcare Solutions has named Michael A. Hiffa its new vice president of human resources (HR).  Hiffa will develop and refine HR systems that help sustain business growth for the Jackson Healthcare Solutions (JHS) family of companies.  He will oversee people-related processes including recruiting, hiring, compensating, developing and retaining associates for the company's clinician recruiting and healthcare information technology businesses.

Jackson, chief executive officer of Jackson Healthcare Solutions.  "Mike Hiffa brings tremendous experience and strategic vision to our human resources function that will help us negotiate the increasingly competitive market to attract and retain top talent."

Hiffa brings to JHS more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, primarily in the healthcare and insurance industries.  With a track record in building strong organizational cultures, he offers particular expertise in employee relations, change management and management development.  His previous positions include HR executive positions with Allianz/Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Centennial Healthcare, Regency Hospital Company and CNA Financial Corporation.

A resident of Duluth, Ga., Hiffa earned a bachelor of science degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York, and a juris doctorate in law from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.
