PORTLAND, Ore. - February 14, 2006 - Workforce solution provider Unicru ® Inc. announced today a two-year renewal with hhgregg, one of the nation´s leading retailers of appliances and consumer electronics. The new agreement will allow hhgregg to use Unicru´s hiring management tool in its current 67 locations and additional sites through 2007. Since 2002, hhgregg has received more than 120,000 applications via Unicru´s system.

Increased applicant flow, which has allowed the company to be more selective in their hiring. For every one hire made, hhgregg has approximately 15 applicants to select from.

Screening out of candidates that don´t possess desired behavioral qualities associated with successful on-the-job performance.
Increasing tax credit capture in Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) through eligibility screening during the application process.
Streamlining the preparation of new hire paperwork including automatic pre-population of federal W-4 and I-9 forms, saving hhgregg managers´ significant time.
