She will continue to lead client engagements for ambulatory care, acute care, and continuing care providers and play a key role in the firm’s business development activities.
Kathleen joined HS&S in 2005 as a principal after serving as vice president for planning and marketing for two health care organizations over an 11-year period. Kathleen currently leads the HS&S health care merger and affiliation practice and is a co-author of the firm’s ninth book, Leading Your Healthcare Organization through a Merger or Acquisition, to be published in September 2010 by Health Administration Press.
Kathy is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She earned her master’s degree in hospital administration from the Medical College of Virginia. She also has a bachelor of science degree in marketing and management from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
