DETAILS: For every location in the world where a company has operations and employees, reliable economic indicators and compensation planning information are needed in order to make equitable, competitive, and cost-effective business decisions that align with the company’s global workforce strategy, along with its corporate goals, policies, and practices. Knowing the right market-driven questions to ask regarding salary trends, unemployment rates, inflation outlook, and anticipated GDP, anywhere in the world, is critical to the success and profitability of global organizations.
This Webinar will guide participants through critical compensation issues that result from competing on the global stage, and provide information on best practice global compensation systems, processes, and solutions.
