customers worldwide will gather in Ottawa, Canada next month for third
annual Halogen User conference. From September 13-16, 2008 Halogen, a
leading provider of award-winning on-line employee performance and talent
management software will host pre-conference training workshops and over
twenty interactive and educational sessions. Keynote speakers at the
conference include Michael Kerr, award-winning international speaker and
founder of the Humor at Work Institute, delivering presentation on how humor
can deliver a healthier and more productive work place; and Ian Cullwick,
National Human Capital Practice Leader with Deloitte who will address critical
workforce trends and their impact on talent management.

The main conference, September 15-16, offers two information packed days
where attendees will have a unique opportunity to learn how to develop and

Conference will also feature discussions about best practices for appraisals,
goal management, pay-for-performance, succession planning, learning
