Human Resources: Halogen Announces Value Added Content for Customers

Ottawa, ON, September 15, 2009 At its fourth annual User Conference today,
talent management leader Halogen Software unveiled its latest value added
offering for users of the company¹s award winning employee performance and
talent management applications. Inspired by the company¹s unmatched
capability that enables users to easily create, fully manage and control
their own talent management forms and HR processes, the Halogen Forms
Exchange Community is the first of its kind for user driven HR content.

The community is an online forum where Halogen customers can go to login,
upload and share their own talent management forms in an XML format from
Halogen¹s eAppraisal application, and download other forms provided by
Halogen customers. The Forms Exchange community will give users the ability
to not only share forms and collaborate with their peers they can also
select from well over 200 forms ranging from onboarding and goal
setting, to succession and offboarding that have already been provided by
Halogen clients. Forms will be searchable based on process type, job type,
competencies, ratings and other descriptive content, and can be previewed in
PDF format before downloading.

To be released early in the fourth quarter this year, the Halogen Forms
Exchange Community was announced in presentations at the company¹s user
conference, as just one of many new unique features and value-added content
that helps its customers succeed at talent management.
