Growing Healthcare Organization Selects Ultimate Software's Core UltiPro and UltiPro Time and

WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 2007--Ultimate Software

that Oakdale Heights Management Corporation, a healthcare company that
offers a full spectrum of care ranging from freestanding Alzheimer's
and assisted living homes to continuing care retirement communities,
chose Ultimate Software's core UltiPro solution and UltiPro Time and
Attendance in June 2007.
In the four years before selecting UltiPro, the healthcare
provider had tripled in size and had expanded its operations from just
within California to eight additional states. With more than 1,600
employees in 24 locations, Oakdale Heights had outgrown the service
bureau it had been using and spent over a year evaluating vendors in
search of the right solution. The Oakdale Heights team selected

A key objective of the Oakdale Heights' HR team was to reduce its
