Plateau Again Chosen by HR Pioneer to Power Leadership Development Initiatives- Company to Provide Performance Management Capabilities

GE´s implementation of Plateau Performance will span approximately 30,000 global employees across key functional areas and include a migration from the company´s in-house 360 feedback and competency tools.  The company expects to complete the transition from these homegrown systems to Plateau by the end of the year.  By consolidating these systems onto a unified platform, Plateau Performance will enable GE to provide its business units with a consistent 360 review process for identifying competency needs and related training plans while reducing GE´s ongoing maintenance and development costs.
