FUTURESTEP NAMES ANDY WATT AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Human Capital Industry Veteran Joins Global Leadership Team at Korn/Ferry International's Outsourced Recruitment Subsidiary
LOS ANGELES, April 2, 2007 -- Futurestep, the outsourced recruiting subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), today announced Andrew Watt as its chief operating officer. 

Watt brings more than 24 years of experience in the human capital industry to Futurestep.  As COO, Watt will help lead Futurestep's talent acquisition programs and he will focus on the company's dedication to delivering quality results to clients around the world.  Based in Houston, Watt reports directly to Futurestep Chief Executive Officer Robert McNabb.

Watt was most recently senior vice president and general manager at Kelly Services where he spent the past 10 years of his career.  While with Kelly Services, Watt was responsible for a domestic commercial division with a revenue of more than $800 million.  He also has experience managing the strategic direction of Kelly's global professional and technical staffing business, as well as the company's non-staffing businesses which included recruitment process outsourcing, business process outsourcing and vendor management.  Under Watt's leadership, this area grew from $600 million in revenue to more than $1.1 billion.  Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president at Talent Tree, Inc.

Watt holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New Haven and has completed executive education programs at the University of Michigan business school and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
