Invite Your Compliance Team - Sign up by April 9:This web seminar offers the chance to bring the complete compliance team together - Legal, Records and Information Management (RIM), and IT. A holistic approach to regulatory compliance brings all stakeholders to the table, creating a more competitive organization. Be sure your team registers for this free seminar by April 9.
As regulatory demands increase, companies need to be able to predictably manage not only compliance with known regulations, but also develop a management and operational environment that is agile enough to respond to future regulatory demands.
This seminar will offer participants a method to create an environment that leverages existing business and technical assets, while introducing a new culture and process mentality for compliance planning in the future. This "holistic" approach includes the development and use of compliance grids, enterprise process models for compliance, enterprise compliance repositories, compliance forms, and "effective compliance and ethics program" documentation mapping against the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other standards. Document management is one of the key compliance issues that will be examined as part of the holistic approach. Registration and additional information can be found at www.arma.org/aprilseminar.
Upon completion of this web seminar, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the components of the holistic approach to regulatory compliance, including issues relating to document management.
2. Compare how the holistic approach to regulatory compliance differs from other compliance methods.
3. Explain the benefits of implementing this approach to your organization.
