Radnor, PA November 9, 2009 –– Carol Krause has recently joined Vienna Human Capital Advisors, LLC (Vienna HCA) as an Executive-in-Residence. Carol will focus on serving and expanding Vienna’s client base in human capital management advisory services and rollout of the Vienna Human Capital Index™, a decision support tool that measures the financial performance of an organization’s investment in human capital…people.

Prior to joining Vienna HCA, Carol was well known as an accomplished Human Resource executive with several industry leading companies, including Nutrisystem, Alliant and USI, At Nutrisystem, Carol and her team provided the HR leadership and services required to fuel the exceptional growth of this world leading direct-to-consumer weight loss company. In 2007, the Nutrisystem HR team was recognized as the Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year for Excellence in Talent Acquisition.

Carol is also a member of the Human Resources Planning Society, Society of Human Resources Management, World at Work and the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG). Carol also currently serves on the Devereux Pennsylvania Advisory Board.
Carol holds both an undergraduate and Master degrees from Temple University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
