The acquisition is the latest strategic move of First Advantage as the company continues to execute its growth strategy by expanding the breadth and depth of its services, especially in the international marketplace.
Established in 1999, Brooke Consulting provides screening services to Japanese and Korean organizations, as well as numerous multinational corporations requiring screening in those locales. As Brooke Consulting integrates with First Advantage, its employees´ knowledge of local information sources and languages will facilitate First Advantage´s entrance into the Japanese and Korean markets and enhance the services currently offered to First Advantage´s multinational corporate clients with operations in these countries.
