This list recognizes 20 employers from across the country for excellence in recruiting, hiring and retaining young professionals.

In March 2010, the field was narrowed to 50 companies and then 20 companies were selected based on hiring and retention practices, benefits, training programs, growth opportunities and starting salary.
Each of the 20 employers featured in Experience's Best Places ranking are currently recruiting from top universities nationwide and are hiring candidates set to graduate in 2010. Representing a wide range of industries, the 20 organizations recognized provide outstanding career opportunities for entry-level employees.
