PLANO, Texas – ExcellerateHRO announced today that two senior leaders have been named to an elite list of human resources outsourcing superstars. Michael Caruso, ExcellerateHRO’s chief operating officer, and Kathryn Kelly, vice president, have been selected by HRO Today magazine for inclusion in its list of 2008 HRO Superstars.
HRO Today selects its annual superstars for outstanding contributions to the HR outsourcing industry, leadership in implementing outsourcing programs, and a proven track record of partnering with their clients. “To join this group of standouts, it takes courage, vision, and an ability and willingness to reshape how outsourcing is practiced for the betterment of the HRO community,” the magazine said. Both leaders were honored in the list’s Providers category.
As chief operating officer, Caruso oversees ExcellerateHRO’s global operations. HRO Today recognized him for “lending his buyer experience to ExcellerateHRO’s strategy.”
This is Kelly’s third year on the superstar list. As ExcellerateHRO vice president, Kelly is responsible for driving growth efforts for the company. The magazine called her an “oracle for the HRO industry.”
