HCM LaunchSuiteTM removes the risk and complexities that typically prevent all but the largest of companies from implementing mySAP HCM, as well as reduces the price of these implementations by nearly two-thirds.
The packaged approach of HCM LaunchSuiteTM is a radical departure from the status quo which involves heavy client-by-client customizations to the SAP standard solution.
