San Ramon, CA - May 1, 2006 - eQuest, who manages job-posting transaction deliveries for more than 11,000 companies worldwide today announced the upcoming release of its new ProphesyTM job board predictive analysis tool.
eQuest, who posts over 100 million job posting transactions annually, carries several unique identifiers in each job posting it delivers allowing it to collect and aggregate candidate traffic trending data into meaningful statistics. By using these statistics, eQuest's ProphesyTM can predict which job boards will be most effective for a job posting prior to a recruiter making a selection. It also conducts a cost-per-click analysis determining best job board ROI.
As recruiters ready their jobs for posting, ProphesyTM will auto-read the job criteria, then search and return a list of job boards, predicting the most effective boards for that exact job in that exact location.
"Increasingly, organizations in virtually every industry around the globe are realizing the benefits of predictive analytics to align their current actions with their future objectives," said John Malone, President and Chief Executive Officer at eQuest. "By incorporating predictive analytics into HR's daily operations, organizations gain control over which boards are more effective than others. This enables companies to spend precious HR dollars in the right places."
ProphesyTM will be available through eQuest's existing Applicant Tracking and ERP partnerships and can also be utilized as a stand-alone research module available through the Internet.
Release date is set for May 15, 2006.
