eQuest customers now have the ability to post unlimited jobs to the newly developed Google BaseTM job posting site (presently in Beta/but launched).
And based on the relevance of your job, they may also be included in the main Google search index and other Google products like Froogle, and Google Local.
It's a great opportunity to expose your open requisitions to the huge amount of traffic on GoogleTM.
Features include:
- Job content is served by relevancy (not date);
- locations can be searched;
- your logo can be placed in each job;
- automated map-links are available for exact job location
- if you're a JobTracker subscriber, eQuest will record the sourcing of each candidate for your analysis;
- and most importantly, the candidate will link directly back to your unique job at your online career site for applying.
Although Google does not charge for this service, eQuest requires a one-time set up fee of $1,250.00 to load the job destination button into your system administrator; provide a special eQuest account; and set up of your online logo. After that, you can send as many jobs to Google through your existing ATS/eQuest account as you want.
