She has coached President’s and CEO’s to engineer new organizational structures and team cultures. She created “Cultural Cornerstones, “a program facilitating change management through the analysis of performance management, development, teamwork, communication and diversity optimization.
In the role of consultant, she has successfully worked with companies and organizations to improve financial returns modify business processes and form high performance management teams that integrate strategies and procedures to improve customer relationships.
Moore has been recognized in the Raleigh News and Observer and several other publications, for successfully implementing major cultural and process changes, positively impacting organizations. She also has served as a key member of diversity councils in Fortune 500 companies.
