Sontag Grummich has more than 20 years of human resource and organizational communication consulting experience. Her expertise includes communicating consumer-driven health care, retirement, compensation, broad-based stock and incentives, and work/life programs. She also has experience with focus groups, transitioning to outsourced HR delivery, leadership training, and Web site development.
Sontag Grummich received her bachelor´s degree from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Screen Actors Guild, and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, among others. Her awards include multiple IABC Gold, Silver and Bronze Quill awards, and the Business Insurance Award of Excellence.
