JackRabbit allows third-party administrators to directly access data in real time and publish custom reports for clients with information current to within one hour. JackRabbit also enables users to schedule automated client reports at predetermined time intervals, resulting in significant time and cost savings.

The power behind JackRabbit is a dedicated report server with different levels of subscription-based report solutions. Among these are various libraries of reports that MphasiS’ professional developers have written, tested and optimized to render real-time reports on data contained in HEALTHpac Claims Management and ADMINpac Billing & Administration sections and CSIpac.
Requiring nothing more than a web browser, clients can access the report server at any time and from any location. The report server has an advanced scheduler available, and will email the client when report results are ready for review. The client can then download the results as rich text (RTF), Excel or PDF documents.
