Decision Strategies International appoints Steve Krupp, Ph.D. as CEO

Conshohocken, PA (May 17, 2010).  Decision Strategies International (DSI), a leader in strategy consulting, today announced the appointment of Steve Krupp, Ph.D. to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Founded in 1990 to help organizations across the globe anticipate change, make better decisions, cultivate innovation and manage risk through premier education programs and consulting services, DSI is marking its next phase of growth with Dr. Krupp's appointment. Dr. Paul J. Dr. Krupp brings to DSI a deep understanding of the consulting business, a strong track record of driving growth and extensive experience consulting with CEOs, C-suite executives and boards. Over the past two decades, he has successfully orchestrated growth strategies for large and boutique firms around the world.  Most recently, he served as Senior Partner at Oliver Wyman Delta where he led the executive talent practice, advised CEOs and boards on C-suite succession and helped align leadership with future business strategies. Prior to that, as the Senior Managing Vice President for the Americas at Right Management Consultants, Dr. Krupp led a large consulting practice focused on strategy execution, organizational transformation and executive development. He joined Right Management Consultants when they acquired Key Management Strategies, a Philadelphia-based firm where he was a co-founder and CEO.
