Human Resources: David Harwell Joins Buck Consultants as Principal

NEW YORK: Nov. 19, 2008 -- David Harwell has joined Buck Consultants as a Principal and the Human Capital Management Practice Leader in the firm's Atlanta office.

Harwell joins Buck from Hewitt Associates.

With more than 25 years of human resource consulting experience, his expertise includes managing large-scale domestic and global projects in M&A integration, strategic planning, change and corporate communication, shared services implementation, and technology transformation.

Harwell received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and his advanced degree at the U.S. Navy Post-Graduate School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He served as a Naval Aviator and was section commander for the Navy’s intelligence service.
