Levin most recently served with Aon Consulting as a Consulting Actuary and Vice President. Prior to that, he was with Watson Wyatt. Levin´s expertise includes plan design, FAS 106/112 valuations, GASB issues, Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) reserving, Medicare Part D, and renewal analyses.
Levin received his bachelor´s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.
