Cytiva’s new parsing engine quickly and easily pre-fills applications for candidates using their existing resume information, dramatically saving time and negating the need for a separate “registration” process prior to applying for a job.

The new candidate portal provides candidates with a centralized portal to view updates on their status in the hiring process, adds an inbox for a candidate to keep track of all correspondence in one central location, and provides a referral view so candidates can track any referrals they’ve made and see where that referred candidate is in the hiring process.
