Karen Bowman, president of Employee Care at Convergys, was honored as the HRO Provider Executive of the Year, and Convergys client, Jim Borel, senior vice president of Global Human Resources at DuPont, was presented with the HRO Buyer Executive of the Year award.
The HROA Awards honor the employers, providers and individuals driving innovation in the outsourcing industry. The award winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of independent industry analysts who are actively involved in the HRO industry.
