DETAILS:      During the Fall Chief Learning Officer Symposium, Marianne Langlois was announced as the recipient of the Gold Learning in Practice Award. This prestigious award honors industry leaders who have displayed excellence in the delivery and design of workforce learning and development programs.

As vice president of Professional Services Learning, Langlois is responsible for Convergys’ global Learning Solutions business, which has more than 300 learning professionals and more than 500 clients. With more than 20 years of experience, Langlois has led successful transformations of businesses to drive superior business results for customers and shareholders. Langlois has a Project Management Professional certification, is a member of the Project Management Institute, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). She received a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
