Bersin & Associates’ Danna will share the results of a research study on “High Impact Learning Organizations and Training Outsourcing” which describes best practices in the structuring of governance organizations. He will provide a model for the frequency of interaction among all parties, and explain the need to establish a cultural fit among all participants in the governance process. Convergys’ Langlois will present valuable information regarding the practical application of governance using one of Convergys’ key clients as an example, including lessons-learned in the establishment of processes and policies to manage the relationship between the corporation and its outsourcing partner.
