With more than 20 years of experience, Langlois has led successful transformations of businesses to drive superior business results for customers and shareholders. Langlois has a Project Management Professional certification, is a member of the Project Management Institute, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). She received a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
