Best-Fit Match, a proprietary patent-pending algorithmic methodology similar to that used by social networking Web sites, then uses a weighted average to calculate a percentage of matches and reduce the field of respondents to a select few. The results are instantly communicated to both parties and a line of communication is automatically established using built-in features such as Instant Messaging and Skype, in many cases eliminating the need for expensive in-person interviews and prolonged screening processes.
