Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of employee relocation and global assignment management services, today announced it has appointed Clare Williams, GMS, as Senior Vice President of Asia Operations.
SINGAPORE – [26 Sept., 2007] – Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of employee relocation and global assignment management services, today announced it has appointed Clare Williams, GMS, as Senior Vice President of Asia Operations. Based in Primacy’s newly opened Singapore office, Williams is responsible for destination services in Asia, which includes overseeing operational quality, as well as ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. She will report to Jacob George, CRP, President of Primacy Asia.
“Clare brings to Primacy more than 14 years of experience in the relocation and real estate industries,” said George. “Her expertise in the Asia market will help ensure that Primacy is providing the highest level of service to our clients, both in Asia and around the world.”
Previously based in Hong Kong, Williams worked as Vice President of Operations for a global relocation company, where she managed a team of more than 50 people in destination services. While there, she consistently exceeded revenue and profit forecasts, achieved exemplary employee retention and implemented quality and compliance measures to ensure customer satisfaction levels in excess of 95%. In addition to holding the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification, in 2004 Williams earned her MSc International Real Estate licence, and is a member of both the American and British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and is Estate Agents Authority (EAA) licensed.
Primacy began its Asia presence with a representative office in Shanghai early 2005 and has continued to expand following a global restructuring in early 2006. In September 2006, the Shanghai office became a Wholly Owned Foreign Service Company. In January 2007, Primacy opened an office in Hong Kong, which serves as headquarters for Primacy Asia. Last month, Primacy opened its newest office in Asia in Singapore.
