NEW YORK: Oct. 31, 2007 -- Christopher Young has joined Buck Consultants as a Principal in its New York office, where he will lead the Talent Management and Rewards Strategies practice in the metropolitan New York region.
Young joins Buck from Executive Wealth Management, where he served as Managing Director. His expertise includes developing capital market solutions to enhance, finance, and hedge employee remuneration programs.
Young received his bachelors degree from Johns Hopkins University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
