Jean-Michel Beigbeder, LLM, graduated from the IEP school in Paris (Political Sciences), and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He started his career as Founder of Spencer Stuart in Paris, then ran their global activities for eight years as Chairman & CEO of the Spencer Stuart Group. He then joined Korn/Ferry as Chairman Europe before founding his own firm, Beigbeder-CEO Search, in 1986, which is still very active, under his leadership, in the French market.
